For 17 weeks I had this wonderful group for #bootcamp every sat morning starting in April for the Spartan race. Rain or shine they showed up. With 5 weeks left I dropped the ball and let them and told them I would be going to #wbffworlds instead of doing the race with them . They were a bit disappointed but gave me the thumbs up that they would still work as a team and do it. My daughter was determined to be a little Minnie me and be the cheerleader. They all completed the race finishing together as a team and not leaving anyone behind I am so ecstatic that these are my #fitclients #proud #proudmom #fitness

I am so excited to part of this #fitchicks incredible #journey. @love_candie has had #gains that surprise most lifters. Candice sits down with her 40 lb. DB's to do #shoulders after she has done weighted wide grip pull ups. Don't let her little frame fool you, she is a force to be reckoned with. I'm so exited to see her on the #npaa stage in the open division Nov. 7. ️🏽🏿
