#cleaneating #macandcheese I have tried many clean eating mac and cheese recipes and @bodybuildingcom got this high protein one right. It's 71 cal, 3 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs and 8 grams of protein. 1/2 cup of coconut milk 1/4 cup of unflavoured protein powder, 1/4 cup of low fat cheese, 1 tbs of coconut flour (I used almond) I used 1 tbs of the following garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsp of basil and sea salt. Combined those ingredients and mixed with brown rice pasta.
