#Repost @anitayoginiart with @get_repost・・・With my first born, I gained 50 pounds. I was able to weight train and do yoga on average 5 days a week until I was 27 weeks, continuing my pre pregnancy schedule. At which time, due to stress, I was admitted to hospital with an early labour scare, thankfully, everything settled after 3 days and we were able to make it until the due date. I was however, no longer able to do activities, bed rest was the doctors orders. ..The photo on the left was taken 7 weeks postpartum. I am 5 foot 3 inches and was 31% body fat, weighing 138 pounds, down from 170 pounds at delivery. ..The second photo was 8 months postpartum. I weighed in at 126 pounds and was 14% body fat. This was the last progress we took before my second pregnancy. ..I have to say, there is no way I could have done it, without the support of my friend and coach Edie @fitedie . There were many days, after sleepless nights that I would think HELL NO, I am not training today, I CANNOT. ..But then, I knew just a little drive away, the kindest most supportive women I know, would welcome myself and my children with zero judgement and infinite love, while I got my strength back. She held my babies, listened to my concerns, built me up and even fed me lunch when she could tell I had not put myself first, in awhile. ..Edie @fitedie , to you I am infinitely grateful. ️……#postpartum #transformationtuesday #weightloss #health #bodyfatloss #getstrong #strongisthenewskinny #fitfam #fitand40 #supportedtofly #teamfitedie #postpartumfitness #yogamom #handtands #inversionlover
